Русское искусство, в некотором смысле ушло «в подполье» и потеряло в цене. Но не смотря на это, эксперты уверены — ни что не потеряно.

В последние годы русское искусство западные коллекционеры в России не покупают. Видимо напряженная атмосфера и сложные отношения нашей страны с Европой и США сделали свое дело, и ценители прекрасного не хотят афишировать свои покупки. Уж лучше приобретать где-нибудь в Лондоне, куда в последние годы все крупнейшие западные аукционы перенесли свои торги, или вовсе отдать предпочтение частным продажам и он-лайн торгам.
Мода на все русское закончилось пиком в 2007 году, когда на наше искусство цены были, прямо скажем, занебесные. Сегодняшний коллекционер и разборчивее, и беднее. За десять лет объем рынка отечественного искусства сократился почти в три раза — до $250—350 млн. Но эксперты говорят, что падение цен лишь пошло на пользу, открыв двери в аукционные дома тем, кто прежде не мог даже подступится к высокому ценнику.
На рынке русского искусства наблюдается характерная тенденция — растет количество частных сделок, совершенных преимущественно зарубежом, при этом снижается объем аукционных продаж. Впрочем, на мировом рынке происходит все тоже самое, сегодня частные арт-дилеры на коне, объем их сделок превысил открытые продажи аукционов почти на треть, к слову, раньше рынок делился примерно поровну.
В частных беседах российские арт-дилеры отмечают, что после экономического кризиса и присоединения Крыма, наши коллекционеры практически перестали приобретать предметы искусства на территории России.
Небольшой анализ сделанный Forbes показывает, что мнения о спросе на русское искусство разнится. Так, Екатерина Макдугалл, глава аукционного дома MacDougall’s, в аукционных лотах которого числятся произведения Коровина, Петрова-Водкина и Поленова, рассказала, что спрос на русское искусство нисколько не упал. Открытая ими в центре Лондона галерея русского искусства тому подтверждение. По ее словам, покупки совершаются часто, как и нашими соотечественниками, так и иностранцами. Но, Макдугалл также соглашается и с тем, что многие предпочитают покупать частным образом, вне аукциона.
В свою очередь Егор Молчанов, представляющий галерею «Элизиум», подтвердил Forbes, что на внутреннем рынке покупательская способность коллекционеров значительно снизилась. По его мнению, такое снижение спроса было обусловлено миграцией многих больших коллекционеров, сокращения первичного рынка работ за 25 лет (того, что собиралось в советское время), ну и, разумеется, — изменение курса доллара.
Эксперты, оценивающие русское искусство, уверены, что сейчас наступило время покупать. Аукционные дома сделали ставку на качество, ценность и адекватные эстимейты, и ниже цены уже вряд ли опустятся.
Алексей Тизенгаузен, международный директор русского отдела аукционного дома Christie’s, согласен с экспертами: в начале июня открылась русская неделя в Лондоне, и на суд собравшихся коллекционеров были выставлены редкие театральные работы Льва Бакста с отличным провенансом.
Впервые на рынке появился написанный в начале 1930-х годов портрет мальчика кисти Григорьева. Изысканный императорский и советский фарфор, старинное серебро из частных коллекций и другие предметы стали прекрасными представителями прикладного искусства. Тизенгаузен отмечает, что цены сейчас привлекательны, как никогда, и это, действительно, время, когда нужно покупать.
Исходя из оценок экспертов можно сделать вывод о том, что после того, как цены снизились, спрос на все русское снова набирает обороты. Иностранные коллекционеры теперь могут подступится к предметам искусства, которые ранее были им не доступны из-за «раздутой» стоимости. Таким образом, многие произведения искусства, которые сегодня, попадают на рынок, стоят дешевле своей реальной рыночной цены.
Интересно, что тот же авангард пользуется спросом, как и прежде. Не теряя своих позиций, хорошо продаются топовые вещи XIX века. Российские представители «Сотбис Россия» говорят о том, что с молотка плохо уходят те вещи, которые владельцы вынуждены продавать, что называется в спешке, и не могут выбрать правильное время для их продажи. Кстати, в Sotheby’s уверены, что постепенно цены на русское искусство вернутся к показателям 2007 года, однако, это будет долгий процесс, поскольку необходимо, чтобы в стране наладилась экономическая обстановка. На западе сегодня напротив идет стремительный рост цен во всех направлениях в условиях дефицита работ. Есть и еще одно мнение российских экспертов, — они считают, что цены на отечественных современных художников растут только у тех авторов, которые сейчас активно развиваются на Западе, например, спрос высок на Антуфьева и Данберга.
Заметим, что даже не смотря на кризис, коллекционеры никуда не исчезли и тому подтверждение прошедшие майские торги аукционного дома Vladey. Общая стоимость проданных лотов, включая комиссию покупателя, составила почти €1,22 млн и эта сумма превысила более чем на 40%, сумму продаж на весенних торгах прошлого года.
